OVERVIEW OF PROGRAM:
Questions, concerns and debate involving immigration are more and more common. Issues concerning work visas, student visas, naturalization, and changing immigration laws and regulations are at the forefront of this growing area of law. Attendees will learn fundamentals of immigration law and strategies of how to incorporate an immigration practice into their portfolio of services offered to corporate and individual clients.
